Ingredients
- 1 mango, diced, about 2 cups
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons Lakanto Mango Simple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Add the mango, lime juice, Lakanto Mango Simple Syrup, cardamom, Greek yogurt, and water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 8 hours, or overnight, until firm.
- To release, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently remove the popsicles.
