Mango Lassi Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, diced, about 2 cups
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Lakanto Mango Simple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Add the mango, lime juice, Lakanto Mango Simple Syrup, cardamom, Greek yogurt, and water to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 8 hours, or overnight, until firm.
  5. To release, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently remove the popsicles.
