Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon juice, from about 6–8 lemons
5 cups water, divided
1/3 cup Lakanto Cane Sugar and Monk Fruit Sweetener
1/4 cup Lakanto Raspberry Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
Ice, for serving
Lemon slices, for garnish
Fresh raspberries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water with the Lakanto Cane Sugar and Monk Fruit Sweetener.
- Warm over low heat, stirring until the sweetener is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.Add the fresh lemon juice to a pitcher.
- Stir in the Lakanto simple syrup mixture, Lakanto Raspberry Simple Syrup, and the remaining 4 cups cold water.
- Stir well, then taste and adjust as needed.
- Chill until cold, or serve immediately over ice.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries.
