Raspberry Lemonade

About 1 1/2 quarts

Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon juice, from about 6–8 lemons
5 cups water, divided
1/3 cup Lakanto Cane Sugar and Monk Fruit Sweetener
1/4 cup Lakanto Raspberry Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
Ice, for serving
Lemon slices, for garnish
Fresh raspberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water with the Lakanto Cane Sugar and Monk Fruit Sweetener. 
  2. Warm over low heat, stirring until the sweetener is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.Add the fresh lemon juice to a pitcher.
  3. Stir in the Lakanto simple syrup mixture, Lakanto Raspberry Simple Syrup, and the remaining 4 cups cold water.
  4. Stir well, then taste and adjust as needed.
  5. Chill until cold, or serve immediately over ice.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries.
