Ingredients for Avocado Cucumber Salad:
- 1 + 1/2 medium cucumbers
- 2 avocados, not overly ripened
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp raw lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro
Directions:

Cut cucumber into thirds or fourths lengthwise. Then cut each section into fourths.

Cut each avocado in half and remove the pit and skin. Dice into 1-inch cubes.
