Ingredients for Gluten-Free Caramelized Peaches:

1 ripe peach, pitted and halved

1 T butter (to make it vegan use coconut oil)

2 T Brown Monkfruit Sweetener

1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon

How to make Caramelized Peaches with our Brown Monkfruit Sweetener:

Wash and pit one ripe peach. Blot with paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Heat saute pan or grill to medium heat. Add butter to pan or use a brush directly to the peach halves.
Add peaches halved side down and let cook for 2-3 minutes in the butter. Turn peach halves over and add Lakanto Brown Sweetener topping the halves. Cook for 2-3 minutes more. Turn the halves one last time and cook on medium high heat with halves down for 1 minute until brown and bubbly.

Remove from heat, add to serving dish and spoon additional caramel sauce over the top of peaches. Sprinkle cinnamon to taste.
