Instructions for Keto Strawberry Milkshake:

  1. In a high speed blender, add milk, almond butter, Classic Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener and the ice. Blend 30-45 seconds. Add in strawberries, Lakanto Liquid Vanilla Drops & protein powder (if using) 
  2. Blend your shake until thick and creamy. For a thinner consistency, add more mil
  3. In a high speed blender, add milk, almond butter, Classic Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener and the ice. Blend 30-45 seconds. Add in strawberries, Lakanto Liquid Vanilla Drops & protein powder (if using) 
  4. Blend your shake until thick and creamy.

I love Lakanto’s sugars. I use it in every thing. It has such a good flavor and you use it on a 1-1 ratio with regular sugar in any recipe!!!❤️❤️❤️

Adding 1/2 an avocado to that strawberry shake will make it creamier….delish.
