Dish up the classic holiday staple at your next meal, only this time with no added sugar. With a touch of citrus and spice, these cranberries are sure to be a family favorite for years to come. Cranberries naturally have very little sugar and by swapping sugar for Monkfruit Sweetener, this Thanksgiving side can be enjoyed while keeping your Keto or sugar-free diet in tact.

Add all of the ingredients except Monkfruit Sweetener to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until most of the berries have popped. Mash berries to reach desired chunkiness. Turn off heat. Cool 2-3 minutes.
Add Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener and mix well. Let stand 10 minutes and stir again. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve-up to 3 days. Can freeze up to 3 months.
