10-12 black tea bags

½ -1 cup Lakanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (can sub Classic Monkfruit)

In a saucepan or a tea kettle, heat water to boiling. Add tea bags and steep for 8 minutes, then remove tea bags and discard. While water is still warm, add Monkfruit sweetener and whisk to dissolve.
Allow tea to cool, transfer to a big jar or pitcher and refrigerate.
Serve over ice along with lemon wedges.
Homemade Iced tea is good for 3-4 days kept in the refrigerator.
You can make a cold-brewed iced tea by placing tea bags in cold water in a pitcher. Cover the container and refrigerate for 12 hours.
