Non-GMO Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener (Erythritol and Monk Fruit Extract), Almond Flour, Oat Fiber, Chocolate Chips (Unsweetened Chocolate, Erythritol, Tapioca Fiber, Acacia Gum, Sea Salt, Natural Flavors, Cellulose Gum, Sunflower Lecithin, Monk Fruit Extract), Sugarcane Fiber, Dutched Cocoa, Fava Bean Protein, Natural Flavors, Baking Powder, Sea Salt, Baking Soda. *Contains Tree Nuts (Almonds).

What You Need:

  • 1/2 Cup melted coconut oil (or oil of choice)
  • 2/3 Cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Baking Instructions:

  1. Heat over to 350 degrees (F).
  2. Life muffin tin or lightly grease. Set aside.
  3. Beat eggs, oil, water, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Add muffin mix. Stir until combined. Pour into muffin tin. Makes 12 muffins.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 15-18 minutes. *Do not consume raw. Store in a cool, dry place.
