Apple pie is a timeless classic, and with apple season approaching we had to make a simple, sugar-free version. This easy-to-make filling requires just a handful of ingredients delivers a delicious, healthier alternative to traditional recipes. Whether you're mindful of your sugar intake, or just looking for a lighter option, this filling is sure to hit the spot.
We kept it quick and easy by using our favorite premade pie crust. For this filling, we chose our Baking Sweetener, but our Allulose Sweetener and Brown Sweetener would also taste wonderful!
Bonus: This apple pie filling can be used for more than just filling pie crusts. Add it to yogurt or oatmeal for a delicious breakfast!
Enjoy!
