This recipe showcases a delicious and healthier twist on a classic holiday favorite – cranberry sauce. It combines the tartness of fresh cranberries with the natural sweetness of Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener with Alluose and a burst of citrus from orange zest. Not only is it a flavorful addition to your holiday table, but it's also a lower-sugar option that doesn't compromise on taste.
Ingredients

1 cup fresh, washed cranberries

½ cup Lakanto Classic Monkfruit with Allulose

½ cup water

zest of ½ orange
Directions
Combine water and Lakanto Monkfruit with Allulose in a small saucepan on medium low heat.
Pour the cranberries in the pan and grate the orange zest on top. Stir and turn the heat up a bit to medium. Cook for 10 minutes until cranberries start popping and breaking apart.
Use the back of a spoon to smash the cranberries and cook for 10 minutes more until the sauce is thick. Turn the heat down if it’s bubbling too much. DOnnot burn.
Let cool for 15 minutes and then serve or place in an airtight container and refrigerate.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days for best results.
