Galette sin cereales (sin frutos secos, lácteos ni azúcar)

Me encantan las galettes por muchas razones. Son como una tarta sin compromiso, porque puedes ir comiendo trocitos a lo largo del día y no necesitas un bol ni una cuchara para hacerlo. Las galettes son igual de bonitas a la vista cuando están a medio comer (no se puede decir lo mismo de la tarta) y son un plato absolutamente aceptable para desayunar. Pueden ser saladas o dulces y tienen una proporción perfecta entre corteza y relleno.

Para hacer una galette salada, simplemente ignore los ingredientes del relleno excepto la clara de huevo batida para dorar la corteza (la cantidad de edulcorante Lakanto en la corteza no la hace dulce, solo equilibra los sabores) y rellene con pesto, queso de cabra, tomates reliquia, hierbas, etc. y siga las mismas instrucciones para el tiempo y la temperatura de horneado.

      Cant have cassava flour, are there other options as a substitute for the Galette? Low carb and gluten free
      Would I be able to use gf Jules gf AP flour in place of cassava?

And stumbled on to your web site around February mande made my first sugar free cake and cookies for my grandkids. And family. Also good for kids no tooth decay.
